These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the shiftspacear.com website and the services offered by Shiftspacear S.A.S., registered with the Argentine Inspección General de Justicia under N° 8721/2022, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 456, Floor 12, CABA, Argentina. Use of the site implies your full acceptance.

1. Purpose

Shiftspacear provides consulting, deployment and support of Business Intelligence and CRM platforms for corporate clients and small and medium-sized companies. Contracted services are further governed by the commercial proposal and master agreement signed in each case.

2. Permitted use of the site

You agree to use the site in good faith, without violating Argentine law, third-party rights or the technical integrity of the system. Reverse engineering, mass content scraping and fraudulent use are not permitted.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, dashboards, trademarks and source code published on shiftspacear.com belong to Shiftspacear S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Law N° 11.723 and the applicable international treaties. Any reuse requires prior written authorisation.

4. Form content and communications

The information you submit through the form will be used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. By submitting the form you declare that you are of legal age and empowered to represent your organisation.

5. Availability and updates

We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the site and its content in whole or in part, and to update these Terms. We will publish changes with their effective date and —when they affect rights— with reasonable prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Shiftspacear will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or interruptions caused by acts of God, force majeure, public-network failures or third-party actions. Specific project obligations are agreed in each professional-services contract.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to the site will be submitted to the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other venue or jurisdiction.

8. Consumer protection

For transactions covered by Consumer Protection Law 24.240, the rights recognised therein will be respected. Enquiries can be directed to the National Consumer Protection Office at argentina.gob.ar/produccion/defensadelconsumidor.
