This Policy describes how Shiftspacear S.A.S. ("Shiftspacear", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit shiftspacear.com or use our Business Intelligence and CRM services. We act as data controller under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law N° 25.326 and complementary regulations issued by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).
1. Data we process
We collect identification data (name, business email, optional phone), company-context data you choose to share via the contact form, technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited) and, only with your explicit consent, advertising identifiers associated with Google Ads and Google Consent Mode v2.
2. Purposes of processing
We process your data to reply to commercial enquiries, prepare preliminary BI/CRM diagnoses, comply with tax and contractual obligations and —when applicable— measure the effectiveness of our communications. We never sell your database nor allow its use for third-party scoring purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, express and informed consent (Law 25.326, art. 5), on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by you, on our legitimate interest in defending our business activity, and on legal obligations applicable to us in Argentina.
4. Retention
Contact forms are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, unless an active commercial relationship exists. Accounting and tax records are kept for the statutory term applicable in Argentina (10 years). Advertising identifiers are retained per the periods communicated by Google Ads and your latest choice in the consent banner.
5. International transfers
We use infrastructure and analytics providers located in the European Union and the United States. When applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy mechanisms recognised by the AAIP to ensure the same level of protection provided by Argentine law.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, updating, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. These requests are free of charge and are answered within the period established by Law 25.326. You may also file a claim with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, including encryption in transit and at rest, environment segregation, role-based access management and periodic intrusion testing by independent third parties.
8. Minors
Shiftspacear services are aimed at persons over 18 years of age acting in a business capacity. We do not deliberately collect data about minors.
9. Changes to this Policy
We will publish any material change on this page at least 15 calendar days before it takes effect. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email.
